Opt in to Receive Text Messages

How to Opt In: To receive periodic texts such as Bright Horizons® benefit reminders, service confirmations, or event information, enter your work email address, mobile phone number, check the "Opt in" box below, and then click "UPDATE."

Watch for a confirmation from code "280-66."








 

Text messaging is one method that Bright Horizons uses to communicate with customers and prospective customers. The frequency of text messages from Bright Horizons may vary. Message and data rates may apply.


By opting-in to receive these text messages, you consent to our use of an automatic telephone dialing system to generate the text message to you. No purchase is required to be eligible to receive text messages from Bright Horizons. While we do not charge fees to receive text messages, message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Any costs incurred as a result are your responsibility. Check with your wireless provider for details on receiving text messages. Bright Horizons reserves the right to terminate the texting service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.


How to Opt Out/Stop: To opt out of the texting service, simply text STOP to "28066". After doing so, you will receive a final text confirming your opt-out, and you will no longer receive any Bright Horizons messages thereafter.


How to Get Help: To get help or customer support, simply text HELP after receiving a message or email us.


Participating Carriers: Compatible carriers include: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile®/MetroPCS, Sprint, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Boost, nTelos, Cincinnati Bell, Cellular South, Cellcom, GetLisa, Carolina West Wireless, U.S. Cellular, and Interop. Additional carriers may be added.
